Short Biography
Torsten-Oliver Salge studied business administration at universities in Germany, France, Italy and England. He completed his master’s degree (M.Phil.) as well as his Ph.D. at the University of Cambridge. Since April 2013 he has been Professor of Innovation, Strategy and Organization at RWTH Aachen University. Previously, he was a deputy professor at the University of Duisburg-Essen, a junior professor at the Ruhr University Bochum and a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Cambridge. Research stays of several months and visiting professorships led him to universities in Auckland, Buenos Aires, Cambridge, Oxford and Philadelphia. His research has included working with organisations in the health, mobility, public administration and finance sectors.
