Özgür Gürerk has lived in Germany since 1991. He studied economics at the University of Bonn and worked as a student assistant in Prof. Dr. Reinhard Selten’s laboratory for experimental economic research in Bonn. In 2001 he became a research assistant and head of the Laboratory for Experimental Economic Research at the University of Erfurt, where he also obtained his doctorate – Dr. rer. pol – in 2007. In 2011, he completed a research stay at the University of Nottingham in England. Since May 2013 he has been Lecturer of Experimental Economic Research at RWTH Aachen University. His research interests are Experimental Economics, Behavioral Economics and Managerial Economics.
