The winter semester lasts from October 1 until March 31 (lecture times October until January) and the summer semester from April 1 until September 30 (lecture times April until July). In the lecture free time, students usually write their exams or do project works. However, some exams may also take place during the lecture time.
Are there any public holidays during the semester?
Yes, in the summer semester as well as in the winter semester there are some days when lectures are cancelled due to public holidays.
What are the deadlines for application and when does the program start?
Our application portal opens on October 1. For our M.Sc. programs applicants with a Degree from a Non-EU-country may apply until and including March 1 in the following year. Applicants with a Degree from a EU-/EEA-country can apply until August 31. Application for our MBA programs is possible until August 31 for all applicants.
The modules start around the second week of October. However, we offer a Welcome Week in October to help you settle in. Although it is not mandatory, we highly recommend you to participate.
To benefit from our Early Bird discount, you need to apply before January 15.
Application for our scholarships is possible from October 1 until March 1 for non-EU applicants and from October 1 until July 15 for EU applicants.
If you are applying for an MBA program, scholarship application is possible until August 31.
